Privacy Policy - My Size

Key summary: My Size does not collect your personal information or store your body measurements on any server. Your measurements are saved only on your device using local storage. The app uses Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob, which collect anonymous usage and advertising data as described below.

This Privacy Policy explains how My Size ("the App", "we", "our") handles your information. The App is developed by WELLPEACH ("Developer", "we"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

On iOS, the App requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before accessing your advertising identifier. If you decline, personalized ads are disabled and the IDFA is not accessed. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

International transfer of personal data (개인정보 국외 이전)

Because Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics are operated by Google, using the App involves a transfer of limited data outside the Republic of Korea. In accordance with Article 28-8 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, we disclose:

3. Local Data Storage (Your Measurements)

Any body measurements you enter and save (foot length, chest circumference, waist, head circumference) are stored exclusively on your device using AsyncStorage — a local, on-device key-value store. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Deleting the App removes all locally stored measurements from your device. We retain no measurement data on our servers.

4. Size Conversion Data

All size conversion tables (shoe sizes, clothing sizes, brand charts) are built into the App as static data. No network request is made to perform size conversions. The App works fully offline for all conversion features.

5. Children's Privacy

My Size is rated 4+ (iOS) / Everyone (Android). The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe your child has submitted personal data to us in error, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all personal data (measurements) stays on your device, you can delete your data at any time by clearing your saved profile within the App, or by uninstalling the App entirely.

Anonymous analytics data retained by Firebase follows Google's data retention policies (typically 14 months for Analytics). You can request deletion of analytics data linked to your device by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
